Yes — we deliver & pick up within Hanoi. Delivery fees may apply for outer districts. Please message WhatsApp to confirm delivery availability and cost.
Deposits range from 2–5 million VND depending on bike model and rental duration. In some cases customers may leave passport + visa as collateral instead of a cash deposit.
